Directions For Use
As a dietary supplement, take one capsule twice a day, preferably with a meal or as directed by your doctor.
Ingredients
Each capsules contains: Vitamin D3 (as cholecalciferol) 400 IU, Vitamin B6 (as pyridoxal-5-phosphate) 25 mg, Vitamin B12 (as methylcobalamin) 1000 mcg, Calcium (as calcium citrate 21%) 42 mg, Alpha Lipoic Acid 350 mg, Benfotiamine 150 mg.
